In the photography world, headshots can get a bad rap.
Seen often as boring, un-emotive work, I guess I can understand where this negativity comes from.
Initially I’m sure I thought the same thing but now I really love photographing headshots.
Here’s a few examples of images I’ve photographed in my studio on South Lamar over the past few months.
The man shown here is Alex, a former physics professor at the University of Texas and general badass all around!
This is my super hot friend Lindsey. We refer to the above images as her “women in yogurt commercials” look.
Henrik is also super cool and graced the cover of Counselor magazine last year! Person of the year was in my studio y’all!
I would still completely consider these to be headshots but definitely a lot more fun and creative!
Here’s my buddy Caroline who decided headshots were exhausting.
