Austin Party Bus | Three Cost Saving Tips for Austin Wedding Transportation

Three Cost Saving Tips for Austin Wedding Transportation

When you have a budget for your wedding, every vendor decision must be completed carefully. It’s a
game of prioritizing and cautious planning, but in the end…it’s all worth it! When you’re looking to hire
wedding transportation in Austin but want to make sure you’re keeping things as affordable as possible,
here are three tips to carry with you.

Book as early as you can
The prices that transportation companies have fluctuate through out the year and can vary pretty widely.
When demand goes up, so do the prices! Wedding season happens to be the busiest time for party bus and
limousine companies. When you book your Austin Party Bus as soon as you can, you’re locking in that
rate. You’re also getting the best choice of vehicle and crossing an important vendor decision right off of
that long list, which does a lot for your peace of mind during the chaotic wedding planning process.
Check if your venue has a preferred vendor!

Be sure to check with the coordinator at your Austin wedding venue for information on any preferred
vendors that they have for transportation. This will be a company who is familiar with the staff at the
venue and have already completed successful weddings trips at your venue, which is preferable to going
with a company who has never been to your wedding venue before. They could need extra time to figure
out where exactly to park the limo or the correct pick up spot. When it’s your wedding, every minute
counts!

Are there wedding packages available?
Wedding packages are customized for the usual needs of a wedding party. If you’re just looking for a way
to get from the ceremony to where you’re taking pictures and then to the Austin wedding reception, you
don’t need as much time as a standard rental. A wedding package is often cut down to about three or so
hours so you aren’t paying for more time than what you’re going to use. Often times they include extras
like a bottle of champagne for a toast or decorations.
