Austin Engagement Photography | Rachel + Ted

Rachel is a gorgeous Maryland girl and handsome Ted hails from Long Island, New York!

These two Northeastern kids have lived in Austin for three years now and are getting married at the wonderful Allan House next October!

Along for the ride was their German shepard/husky mix, Finley!

Finley is still a puppy and was a little excited for the session but we managed to get a few great images!

Rachel and Ted’s engagement story is so romantic y’all!

Rachel had no idea the engagement was coming and the couple was visiting painter Claude Monet’s garden in France.

Ted proposed right on the little green bridge overlooking the waterlilies! Le sigh…..

Even though it was still super hot, these two were champs at their outdoor engagement session.

I love photographing the Austin skyline at night….so gorgeous.

There was one small mishap on my end however!

As I was packing up at the end of our shoot, I realized I was missing a $1500 Canon lens! I had left it somewhere!

Thankfully I was able to retrace my steps in the dark and found it near the First Street bridge!

Whew…..
