Jeff + Shay | South Congress Engagement Austin

It’s no secret that this was one of my favorite engagement sessions of 2017!

We had talked once or twice on the phone but I hadn’t met handsome Jeff or the sublime Dr. Shay until the day of their shoot.

The moment they stepped out of the car, I was pumped! Look at these outfits!!!

Bright, primary colors that work amazingly well together!

The clothes are fitted and no one is “wasting a waist”!

Shay’s lips, nails and shoes are all the same bitchin’ shade of red!

I was floored by their style!  Jeff even wore my favorite color, bright mustard yellow!

I know bright colors are not everyone’s cup of tea but I do think that they photograph better in many of the environments I like for photography.

These two both moved here from Florida (Shay’s original from Michigan) rather recently and I loved seeing my stomping ground of South Congress through fresh eyes.

Jeff and Shay are getting married on Maui in 2019 and it’s definitely going to be a killer experience!

After blowing my mind with their more casual outfit, they then put on this elegant attire!

I know right, it looks like the cover of Forbes Magazine’s “Top Power Couples to Watch 2018”.

(I don’t think that article actually exists but it totally should!)
